Report from Stan Hywet

The Stan Hywet event took a lovely turn with live music by two musicians, alternating sets, and sunny weather without a drop of rain.

If you have never visited Stan Hywet and have the chance to come to Akron, it is well worth your time. The grounds are beautiful, the main building is like a castle, and even the outbuildings hold an otherworldly charm. Visit the website for more information:

Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens

It was a delight to run into a friend from COSE who was shopping at the Farmers' Market at Stan Hywet. COSE is the Council of Smaller Enterprises, a business group that helps people with everything from startups to expansions.

Sabrena and I are both members of the Arts Network within COSE. She and her husband own a landscaping design business under the name Salsbury-Schweyer.
